Dustin Harris and Joe Olivas, popular speakers and authors of the new book, Restoring America: 12 Principles That will Save our Country, Communities, and Families spoke at a FREE EVENT ON FRIDAY, FEB 25th.
Mr. Olivas and Mr. Harris taught on principles of Freedom, Liberty,
American History, and the Founding Fathers in relation to our present
situation nationally, locally, and within the walls of our homes.

Thursday, May 27, United in Liberty hosted A Regional Community Action Committee Meeting for Southeastern
Idaho.
This was a typical CAC meeting with
Colloquium, Activism, and Recruitment. The purpose of this meeting was multi-faceted.
First, we wanted to model for all local members how a CAC should be run.
Second, it was a great recruiting opportunity. Most importantly, we just wanted to get
together for a great time. That, indeed was accomplished! We encourage any group to hold similar meetings in your own geographical areas.

On Saturday, April 10, the voters had an opportunity to see the candidates for the Second Congressional Seat in Idaho. We had 3 of the 6 candidates for this important office together on one stage. The ‘Meet the Candidates Forum and Debate’ was held at the Idaho Falls Civic Auditorium. There were hundreds in attendance. Many of them were new to United in Liberty. This event was a great way to get the community involved and expose the mission of United in Liberty to many new people.

An Introduction to
Principles Evening with Glenn Rawson November 13, 2009

Friday, November 13, 2009, United in Liberty hosted An Introduction to
Principles Evening with special guest, Glenn Rawson! Glenn is a Constitutional Scholar,
Educator, Inspirational Speaker, and Popular Radio Personality! We had a
larger than expected turnout with hundreds attending. We were able to
enjoy a wonderful evening full of truth and principles. It is believed
that all went away uplifted and inspired that there is still hope for
our country.

An Introduction to Principles Meeting was held October 23,
2009

On Friday, October 23, 2009, United in Liberty
hosted an Introduction to Principles Meeting in Rigby, ID. No paid
advertising was done, yet the room was full! Key Note Speaker was
home-school mother of ten and United in Liberty Captain of 50, Rachel Keppner! She spoke on the
sacrifices made by our Founders (and those less-known patriots) and
their great leadership. She called on each of us to be a leader in our
own communities. One of the ways we can each lead the cause for
freedom, of course, is through membership in United in Liberty. Concern
for our Nation's current problems was expressed, but a spirit of
freedom permeated the room. Over 20 new members joined United in
Liberty that evening.
United in Liberty Celebrated Constitution Day with
Ret. State Sen. M. "Mel" Richardson
Idaho Falls, ID
On September 17, 2009 (Constitution
Day), United in Liberty hosted a New Member Inquiry Meeting in the
Southeast Idaho Region. Key Note Speaker was Retired State Senator,
and Probing America radio talk show host, M.
"Mel" Richardson! This meeting was specifically for those
who were interested in being a part of United in Liberty, or for those
who wanted to know more. The meeting was well attended (especially for a
Thursday evening) and many new members joined United in Liberty at the
event!
